Easy Jet flights
We have been invited to Greece next August with another 5 families who go every year and Fly with Easy Jet. Flights have just been released and for a family for 4 are coming in at £1400 (no seats / luggage added as yet). Everyone is booking their flights now. I'm not used to doing that as I am only used to booking Florida flights and watch them constantly for a couple of months before booking to get a decent price. I mention waiting to the others but they say to book now in case the flight gets full!
Now obviously we want to be on the same flight as everyone else but i'm wondering if the price will come down if I leave it longer? Do Easy jet Flights for August tend to get booked up quickly? My husband paid £50 in May to fly to Spain in October and the flights are now £200 so he said book it now and that £1400 is quite a good price for Aug. Any Easy Jet jet setters got an tips? |

Prices are usually lowest when released which was last week, but soon bounce up quickly.
If wanting to go on same flight you may be hampered as lots of others will want same flights. Look on EJ website and have a look at the three week booking window to see how much the flights vary by day. Which island? There are some that have cheaper EJ flights at the night flights, others have day flights only. These go up fast. |

Easyjet just released summer 2020 flights and people were booked g at 5.30am. Once they went the price increase but they may come down again.
August is expensive for Greece as I was looking earlier.

I would book sooner rather than later. Unlike Florida the prices will increase as there aren’t as many flights available (less scheduled and more chartered).

I think that £1400 for a family of 4 in august sounds good, I would probably book now as I think prices will only increase

Thank you all for your feedback. The price has already increased for the outbound flight (only by £10) but it's still £10!
I'm going to book sooner rather than later |
