They don’t have to charge for paper bags but they want to encourage taking a reusable shoppers and are donating profits to Children in Need.

I have so many reusables now as if I forget one I buy another fabric one ... 🤣 not for the sake of 5 or 10p mind it’s as I’m going plastic free .. nearly there!

Not true in Scotland. The law covers paper bags also.
