Ours is with Barclaycard and they are sending a form out to fill in and send the copy docs off with it. Don’t see any issues with it as we have all on writing and the bank said they have been inundated with them for Amoma.

Just bumping this to see if anyone had success in their Section 75 claim with a credit card? Mines still pending with Halifax (Lloyd’s), but the letter asking for further info came the day after I departed for our 3 week trip, so I’ve only sent it off this week.

My son got his money back through his Barclays debit card within three days, and didn’t need to send anything to them!

Hi there
We got our credit back into Lloyd’s credit card, but said it won’t be confirmed until 45 days which it has been now, haven’t had to complete any paperwork

Thank you annoying tho that it’s basically the same company but dealing with it differently, I don’t think the guy I spoke to had a clue to be honest. I’ll give them a call on Monday and chase them up.
