Flight only paid with debit card

The above is my friend. Has November flights only booked but paid via debit card. Anyone know where she stands regarding getting her money back? So sorry for everyone affected by this.

Have a look at Martin Lewis on MSE website as there is an article explaining section 75 and charge backs.

With your debit card you can apply for a charge back although it's a voluntary scheme you may have success with a refund. Contact your bank and ask for a charge back. Good luck.

If it's any consolation I rang my bank First Direct when Monarch went under and got a charge back no problem.
