BFF and 50th birthday trip

Hello

Me and my BFF are looking at going to DLP for our 50th birthday in March 2021 and staying for 4 nights at the Disneyland Hotel.

We have been to WDW many times, both together and separately and bff has been to DLP with her family a couple of times. The last time I went to DLP was about 15 years ago!

Does anyone have any tips about when and where to book. I know it's not going to be cheap and we can get a week in WDW for less but as it's a special birthday we want to splash out (but not get ripped off).

Just a heads up, once the refurbishment of Hotel New York has finished in Summer 2020 they will be moving on to refurb the Disneyland Hotel. At the moment the understanding is that they will take the same approach as the New York Hotel and close the place for the duration of the works.

Therefore you may find (although this is all subject to change) that the DLH is closed in March 2021. So I would say definitely research a back-up option to avoid disappointment.
