Where to stay night before if cruising out of Singapore

Hi, we are looking at booking a cruise from Singapore to Australia next year, we will fly into Singapore the day before but have no idea where would be best to stay to join the cruise the next day, has anyone cruised from Singapore and stayed over the night before, any advice greatly appreciated as we have no idea where to look, thanks

The cruise terminal and the airport are both on the underground link and it's very clean and efficient. So pretty much anywhere you choose can get you there. Taxis are also very cheap too. I would try and have a few days there first before your cruise. So much to see but hotels and restaurants are very expensive. Street food is cheap and good

I would advise a couple of days for a few reasons - any flight delays and there is so much to see and do in Singapore!

We did something similar in 2018, but we were staying with a friend on Sentosa Island as we had 5 days in Singapore before the cruise. We decided that despite the cost we would have a couple of nights in Marina Bay Sands so we could get access to the infinity pool on the 57th floor with all the fantastic views across the harbor and also the Gardens By The Bay. It is expensive, but worth it for a one off.
