Disney Cruise cancelled 17th July 2020
Just been given the news that our cruise on the Disney Dream has been cancelled for 17th July. Totally gutted as this was for our 25th Wedding anniversary.
No offer to move to next year as we had only paid our deposit.

Ahh I'm sorry to hear that. We have just today decided to move our cruise this October to October 2022. We would have moved it to next October but we already have a different one booked.
Its deflating isn't it. We just couldn't imagine cruising not knowing how different it would be.

Yes we are gutted but we realise that our health is more important that going on holiday. Just waiting to see if Disney-now cancel our stay at AKL which is before the cruise.

yeah so all the current cancellations you if you haven't PIF you get a refund. I'm guessing this is to help speed up the process of sorting out things their end and also top stop people putting deposits down on cruises they know/suspect will be cancelled and then getting the 125% FCC.

Was this a Disney cruise you moved? We have a Disney one booked for October and have paid in full. We didn’t know if we would be able to book it to next October yet?

In light of this cancellation, we are offering you the choice of a 125% future cruise credit to be used for a future sailing within 15 months of your original sail date, or a full refund. The credit has been automatically added to your account. Awaiting response.
