With regards to a future flight via VH you need it to be shown on the VA website and then when you log into your booking scroll down and you will see the Boost link.

A word of warning. If for any reason you cannot make the flight due to illness etc the Miles never appear and the monies you have paid are non refundable.

Thus if you can it's always best to Boost afterwards albeit I accept thats not always possible.

I will Boost late October for our November flights.
According to the terms and conditions if you don’t make the flight or you cancel they still credit the miles. If they cancel you get a refund

Can you point me to where is says that please. I changed our reward flights about 5 times as better indirect and then even better direct flights were released and boosted a few of those now changed flights. I thought I was just going to loose my money and not get the miles so I’d be really interested to see where it says we’ll get the miles I paid for.

Yep - I had to cancel a couple of revenue flights this year (£ paid not miles) and boosted them successfully

The T & C's have definitely changed as it used to be non refundable. However I am pleased to see that's no longer the case.

Click on this, then scroll down to where it says 'the small print' that opens up the full T & C's

I’ll dig out all the receipts I got from the previous boosting and see what happens after we fly.

Assuming of course there is no strike issues !

How does this work then? Can I boost the miles from my flight in April 2019?
