No! My childhood was ruined. I never got any personalised stationery, key rings or badges. All my mates used to be showing off their sparkly things with names on and mine would always say “best girl” or “cool friend”. I’m sure I’d be offered counselling these days

I really like my name.

My parents were reading War & Peace when I was born & liked one of the characters names. Apparently the matron at the hospital was shocked & distressed at their choice & told them I’d never forgive them 😁

Like others on here with unusual names I never had personalised goodies growing up, I remember as a child always looking hopefully on the displays but I was always disappointed 😔
