What - no Disney? NY,Maine and Boston Instead Trip Report
Arrived back last night from our non-Disney Trip to New York, Maine and Boston. The washing machine and iron have been working overtime today as apparently it's a "good drying day", so the Chinese Laundry is fully operational .
Am hoping to get the reports uploaded over the next day or so, so please bear with me - just waiting for DD to finish uploading all of her photos to Facebook before I can retrieve the notes I made whilst away - it may be some time! We have also included some tips from each day as we remembered them - hope these are of use to future travellers. If anyone is having problems viewing the photos, I have added them as a public album - just click on my user name and you should be able to see them (fingers crossed! ). Pre-Trip Report Day -1/0 - Getting There and the Duane Reade-a-thon Day 1 - Must Pay Attention to the Weather Channel Day 2 - SoL and Brooklyn Day 3 - Central Park Confusion Day 4 - One for the Ladies Day 5 - Dad's Day (well - 2 hours of it! ) Brooklyn & The View Day 6 - No Planes but Trains and Automobiles to Maine Day 7 - Lazy Maine Day (1) and the biggest “small” ice-cream Day 8 - Lazy Maine Day (2) Day 9 - (Not so) Lazy Maine Day (3) Day 10 - Onwards to Boston Day 11 - Boston Day 1 LFMAO Who? Day 12 - Boston Day 2 - Ducks Ahoy Day 13 - Boston Day 3 All Things Scientific Day 14 - A Storming Return to NY Day 15 - NY to Wigan in the Same Day

Great TR! I was initially interested in the NYC portion but your easy reading style and fun details had me follow the rest of the TR. Looks like you had a great time. Thanks for sharing
