Breakfast in the hotel or at the airport

if you were staying the night before at one of the hotels at Manchester airport and flying upper class at 10:30am would you have breakfast at the hotel with additional charge or would you have breakfast in the upper class lounge

Personally the lounge if it is included, I wouldn’t pay for breakfast if it was included elsewhere for free! For us it’s usually too early to eat in the hotel!

I nearly always have my breakfast in the lounge. The only time I wouldn’t is if my flight is in the mid to late afternoon, in which case I would have breakfast in the hotel and lunch in the lounge - this doesn’t happen very often though.

Breakfast in the lounge, the Escape lounge was pretty decent and if/when the new Virgin lounge opens I'm sure the offerings will be good.

This was a selection of the hot items last trip

No, if you are flying upper class then there is no time limit, if you pay for a lounge then there is a time limit.

Have three breakfasts in the UC Lounge. That’s what we did!

For me, it’s more a case of knowing I’m checked in, through security, and no need to rush. More relaxing airside IMO... and yes, definitely the lounge if it’s already paid for!
