I usually go to the gym after work so think I’ll start doing one of these instead whilst gyms are shut.

I've mentioned before on the Dibb so apologies if I'm annoying but if you want to do a workout workout rather than stepping/dancing have you had a look at fitnessblender.com?

I use Rick Bhuller for my steps on low step days and fitnessblender workouts for strength. The workouts are free and you can filter them for type, length and equipment. I'm actually doing one of their paid for programmes at the moment which is basically all planned out for me and I add to the calendar and work through it. Totally dont have to do that as it's made up of the free workouts on the site. I'm just a lazy bum when it comes to planning

Thank you. I’ll check out fitness blender. Not seen your post on the Dibb or if I have, I’ve forgotten so thank you for mentioning it. I do want to do some strengthening as well.💪🏻

Just discovered the other day that there's exercise videos on the NHS website.

nhs.uk/conditions/nhs-fitness-studio/

Just did the chair Pilates today - ok, probably a lot lower intensity than the OP is after, but I need to start *somewhere*!

I'm loving the look of that disco video. It doesn't seem too difficult and there's no jumping about which I (and my bladder ) don't like doing.
I really need to get myself going as I've put on so much weight this last year.

I've just done my first Rick Bhuller 3000 step video, I really quite enjoyed it and I don't enjoy exercise in any shape. Thanks for posting, just got to keep it up now.

I decided on his 2000 step rock one for my first go. It was very simple, although I did get my feet muddled up a few times. I liked it a lot. It was fast in bits.

Sorry Rac, you wanted new ones but have introduced us to Rick now

I did his boxercise one yesterday. Oh my! My shoulders and arms are killing today.. and I didn’t think it was too strenuous. Clearly, I was wrong!🙈😂
