AKL club waitlist

Just got a 7 day AKL mid August waitlist through. Makes me wonder if loads are cancelling or if they are expanding capacity. Hope it’s the latter.

Congratulations, is that at Jambo? (Not sure if they have club at Kidani) whichever you'll have a wonderful time and hopefully you'll get to see both Halloween and Christmas decorations

Yes it is at Jambo, it’s not offered at Kidani. I hope I don’t get to see Halloween and Christmas decorations in mid August, way too early for me

Ahh yes you're right about Christmas (and I agree - waaay too early) but I think WDW was advertising MNSSHP round about the 3rd week in August before the dreaded virus took hold.

They can't expand capacity, there's only a certain number of rooms on the Club Floor. Someones probably changed or cancelled and your waitlist scooped it up.

I was thinking the reduced capacity at the moment. I’m not sure they are releasing the full inventory.

I booked AKL club today at my 7 month window. Never going to be available again to me so I thought I’d go for it (even if odds aren’t great).

There’s no reduced capacity in DVC rooms- all have to be open. Someone will have cancelled.
