Obviously misread Your appearance.
Did you take it further to their head office to complain about their training? Could be worthwhile to save it happening to others. I do find this a bit surprising as when they bought over the shops Hays in general said they would be offering the original TC staff jobs at the same shops. This obviously hasn’t happened in this case. It’s a shame that you now have less high street choice due to one of their staff . Understandable tho. |

Yes we booked to goto Vegas next year there just a agent and use a lot of other compays to book with to get the best price.

My DLP booking got changed over to them from magicbreaks. Ever since it was changed i had nothing but trouble with them. They ignored pretty much all of my e-mails and i only managed to get through on the phone once, terrible customer service and wouldnt rush to book anything through them in the future.

Totally agree with this. I'd take it further. Hayes took on a lot of TC staff as well as their stores so this has shocked me. I wouldn't let it put you off booking with the company based on one employee (who should be reported to the company so they can deal with appropriate action) x

I’ve not been on here in a while We have been so hard behind the scenes still clearing up after Thomas Cooks mess they left behind We are pretty much where we need to be or will be in the next week or so with regards to taking back control of bookings made before 23rd September! I can’t believe how long this has taken! A lot of companies will be working well into late 2020 on this mess they left for sure! Really pleased to advise though that we are now Independent member (and have been since October) of Hays now which means we’re still a separate company, can work exactly the same way as before, offer exactly everything as before , we just use a different system and are part of the Hays family (they don’t own us BTW). Roll on 2020 this year has been crazy! I just want to thank those of you who supported us during all of this, it won’t be forgotten. We promised we were not going anywhere...
