Anyone know if opodo are ok to book with Also can you request disabled seating if booking with them |

General consensus on Tripadvisor is to walk away from Opodo . They used to be good when they were owned by the airlines but since they were bought by Edreams they have gone downhill rapidly. They don’t have live prices and you are making a “ booking request “ not a confirmed booking, they then go and try to find a flight at the price they advertised, sometimes they manage it but mostly they come back looking for more money.
As to booking disabled seating most comments are they can’t even book ordinary seats. I personally would book directly with the Airline or use a well established bricks and mortar travel agency, there are also some companies who advertise on the Dibb who seem to have a good reputation which others can hopefully speak for. |
