We've only ever stayed at the BLOC Hotel for our few holidays flying out of Gatwick..
They do some great rates with room & parking and it's extremely convenient as it's located in the south terminal and parking is provided by Gatwick meaning you drop your car off at short stay and they will then move it over to long stay.

Have a look at holidayextras, you can book hotel with parking, hotel only or parking only.
The last few times I have booked Premier Inn North terminal directly in their site, and Purple Parking through Holiday Extras. Not the cheapest option but we really like being able to walk to the terminal on the morning of the flight. Bear in mind that if you also do Twilight Checkin/bag drop you will not be able to take anything that won’t go through security the next morning as hand luggage, which my OH finds a pain, but she manages by taking her potions and lotions in small reusable pots.

The bloc is a good bet, parking in the airport and the hotel also in the airport is pretty special.

We stayed the night before flying to MCO for the first time in November- we stayed at the Hampton Hilton. As we were already using the Valet parking, we just extended that by one night and walked straight into the airport and into the hotel.
It is incredibly easy to get to and I was really impressed. I was quite worried about the noise of airplanes and people getting up early, but it was so quiet. It was great to be able to have breakfast and then walk straight out into the terminal. |
