Your daughters ESTA will be fine - please note there isn't such a thing as a Group ESTA it is purely a means of paying for a group application in one amount everyone still has their own individual ESTA.

There's actually no such thing as a group ESTA. You can do a group application for up to 50 separate ESTAs but the only reason for doing so is to make one single payment at the end.
All ESTAs approved within a group application are individual to each passport holder. Mick PS My typing gets slower
