Hi all, I don’t know if anyone has has the same issue but we got a refund accepted and was told we would only lose the deposit! We got an email 2 days ago saying we would receive our refund in 14 days! I looked at my bank account and only £75 had been put in? Why? When it was a £5k holiday!

Did you pay it a bit at a time or all in one go?

That's why. You should get the rest of it in bits.

Yes my refund from Virgin came in the increments that were paid. Great time trying to price it all back but it was there.
