Anyone flown with Air France before?

Some very cheap flights coming up for summer 2021

£1110 Total 2adults and 2 children

Maybe not. We flew in feb half term this year through air France for £900 for 2 adults and 2 kids.

I've just come on to tell people about this - crazy price. I found it by searching through lastminute.com. The flights I found in August going from MAN-MCO were Air France going and KLM returning but the flight was operated by Virgin Atlantic.

Checked the same dates via virgin website and it was coming back over £3k!

If it’s LGW-MCO direct it won’t be Air France it’ll be codeshare on virgin metal.

My only concern is that AF share customer service with KLM. My recent experience with them has been so bad, following a cancellation, that it would put me off.

Given how they were on refunds, I would avoid if at all possible

They and their sister company KLM (they share what they loosely call customer service) were rancidly awful on refunds including having initial policies that were simply unlawful.

I personally will never use them again they cancelled our flights without informing us only by chance found it when logging in to my booking, we have been waiting 138 days for a refund and have still not received it. Just fobbed off everytime we contact them even the delegate email address doesn't reply now.

They (AF and KLM) unlawfully refused refunds. Took a big fight from customers and I believe EU intervention before they started acting lawfully.
Awful companies.
The problem is, if they were prepared to act like that over refunds- what other legal rights will they ride roughshod over when it suits them?
Not for me- I don’t easily forget. Air Canada is another who did the same until the EU threatened them with legal action.
Virgin just dragged its heals at least it never outright said no refunds.
BA now has my business for the first time, with 2 out of my next 3 flights booked with them.
