I know there are a number of us on here from the UK who have trips planned in the next few months that we may or may not be able to go on. I thought it might be nice to get a list together of when our next visits are and start a chat so that we can support, encourage, and commiserate when any of us has to pull the plug!

We can see which of us is the next due to go, and how late people are leaving it before renting out their points. Even though I've now been a member for years I haven't actually made it to my home resort yet. I'm really not sure if I will or not this year.

Good idea!

We are booked from 23rd October - 6th November (Bay Lake, Hard Rock Hotel and Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village).

I must admit that if we weren’t booked to take my sons girlfriend on her first ever trip to WDW then I would of cancelled by now. I’m just not feeling it this year and would happily wait another year or so. I’m just hoping that when things start to open up and I hear trips report again that that will stir my enthusiasm! I guess we’ve had so much disappointment the last year or so, that I’m mentally protecting myself somehow! 😂

Well moved our trip from last July to this one, all but the flights which we took the refund on. Finally booked flights with BA on Monday, so all set to go when they let us. Staying offsite in a villa.

I forgot that we have a night at Portofino Bay in the middle of ours until I saw yours! Yet one more things I may have to cancel.

It's hard to get too excited, isn't it? We're still waiting for refunds and credits for various things we were meant to do over the last year.

We cancelled in March of 2020 and put it off to August of 2021.. which was cancelled. Fortunately on both occasions I was with a reputable airline (BA and then American Airlines for the long hauls and United for an internal), got prompt refunds and was thus able to rebook immediately. I am with BA, once more.

Now it’s all go for August 18 of this year, San Francisco, Monterey, Madonna Inn, Pismo Beach, Solvang, Hollywood, Tucson, Tombstone, Winslow, Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas. 14 nights.

I am very, very optimistic.

BA were very good to us last year. Unfortunately, Virgin were an absolute nightmare and I (along with thousands of others) only got my money back in the end by taking out a small claims against them! Never again.

I'm goling 21/11/21, staying at Holiday inn LBV, then move to Sapphire falls. Cant wait and am in planning mode.

We’re going 30 nov until 20 December from LHR. First time on BA after the shambles from virgin last year. Staying at SSR for the whole time as so many points, even splashed out on a 1 bed. My husbands a golfer and we both can’t wait. Great idea for this thread.
