Iglu Cruises

I booked a cruise through Iglu which was due to sail on the 24/04 however, this has obviously been cancelled. Due to the hours I work it is really difficult for me to call them about FCC.

When I log in to my account I can see the amount of FCC they say is available to put towards another cruise, however this figure seems to change each day. Currently it is showing as �390 where as last week it was showing as �580!

Has anyone else booked via them and experienced this? It is kinda putting me off rebooking through them as I don't know what to expect from one log in to the next.

Is it due to a currency issue? I haven't used them unfortunately so can't help but have you tried emailing them?

I'm sorry I used them but after the pandemic hit they were a complete nightmare to deal with it took months ans months to get a refund. Good luck with your fcc.
