Swimming with manatees is fabulous. We also went to the Silver Spur Rodeo in Kissimmee it’s fabulous and our party of us oldies, ds25 and his gf and ds13 all loved it.

Have a look at Mount Dora - there you have various options for boat trips and a segway tour
Various places for kayaking
Oakridge gun range - not expensive but I would go there early as it can get busy
Try the cinema at Margaritaville - think its cheap on Tues afternoon - recliners and food bought to your chair
Wallaby Ranch for tandem Hang gliding
Depending on the time of year - swimming with manatees
Dolphin boat rides at clearwater of jet skis

I have just a Groupon voucher for two hours Playing pool and a jug of beer in international drive I got it as I through I could use if it’s raining or at night time as my son is turning 21 when we go only cost $20

Last month we did a guided Segway tour at lake Louisa. Was the highlight of our holiday and not too expensive. It’s about 40 mins from Disney.
