Nice drive to Clearwater (approx. 87 miles each way) and go out on the "Little Toot" for some dolphin spotting, they accept walk up's, water & soft drinks on board, also very clean toilets. On our last visit, parked up in the marina car park, and we had 3 hours free parking from the "Little Toot". On our return had an excellent lunch in "Crabby Bills", then a stroll and a paddle on the pure white sandy beach next to Pier 60, then off back to the villa for light meal and drink and sit and watch the sunset... lovely day out...

On our last trip we went on a boat tour with orlandolaketours.

They're based a few miles north of Disney at Windermere, and operate a tour on Lake Butler to see the posh mansions, the wildlife, and other interesting things.

Well worth the 25 dollars, it's run by a bloke called Steve who it turned out is originally from Saddleworth, a half hour drive from where we live!

We also never miss Bok Tower Gardens when we're there, perfect peace and quiet.
