So that rant over. And to my point...

I'm certain Florida in September will happen if the UK sticks to the path. In the very immediate future - we'll keep seeing news that causes doubt on travel. Keep the faith my friends and we'll see you in the World Showcase in September!
This is why its best to have a step away from the news for at least a couple of days. its amazing how much more positive you feel.

We're due to go on 12th September (4th time lucky!). I feel reasonably confident, but it is difficult each day when there is so much downbeat news stories.

We have flights and accommodation for part of our stay (AMI). Our villa in Orlando was not able to be rescheduled for September, so we have moved that to next May (that means another Florida holiday will have to be booked!).

I am leaving booking other bits of the holiday (car, villa etc) for another month or so.

I am so looking forward to this holiday, so it must go ahead!

Flights will start running with testing and vaccination requirements soon enough.

Another September dibber here

We are due to fly on the 9th! I've been really positive up until today, even booked Manchester Airport hotel at the weekend and then I heard the 30th June thing as soon as the radio came on at 8am today! Not going to lie it made me feel a bit down but my friend pointed out what everyone else has said on here, UK & US are way ahead of vaccinations than everyone else. I think it's unlikely people will be going to Europe if they carry on the way they have been

I’m due to fly on the 20th sept am optimistic that it should go ahead, only car hire to organise.the US and the UK are doing very well with there vaccination programme, I have a feeling we will be allowed to travel between the two before we will be able to travel to some European countries so keeping my fingers crossed, seen some really good deals with BA for nov so looking at a cheeky week trip aswell 😀

I'm booked from 23rd September flying Club with BA for 21 nights staying in a Villa, everything is currently deposit only, been booked since before all this began.

I'm 50% optimistic it will go ahead, although some days you read the news and get more positive, then another a doom article appears and feel less positive the holiday will go ahead!

We’re booked for 5th September and I’m feeling positive. They can’t just stop travel forever, the industry wouldn’t survive it. This is our third date change so I hope we don’t have to change it again!
