SeaWorld tickets

Hope that some of you can help me out. In 2019 we've bought SeaWorld Parks: Three Park Ticket with All Day Dine GENERAL ADMISSION . These tickets are extended till january 2022. Unfortunately we cant go any sooner the the summer of 2022. The tickets are bought at Undercover Tourist. They couldnt provide me an answer. I've emailed SeaWorld twice but they didnt respond at all. I have a little bit of trouble with calling because i'm not a native English speaker (Dutch).

Does anyone knowes if i can still use these tickets in the summer of 2022. Thanks for your answers!

I direct messaged SeaWorld on Twitter last year and got a response pretty quickly, perhaps try that?

I emailed them a couple of
Months ago and first email they replied saying to co tact ticket issuer. Second email they said they were extended

Good morning, Ms. *****.

Your ticket under order **** will be automatically extended to December 31, 2022. You will use that same ticket for use next year.
