From what I can tell, the "crash" wasn't particularly serious and things were back up and running shortly afterwards. The issue seemed to occur when one of the wheelchair-accessible gondolas, which has its own dedicated loading area, hit another vehicle as it made its way onto the main section of 'track'. No one was in any of the two gondolas at the time and no one was hurt. The incident didn't seem quite as bad as the last one back in October 2019.

I am a big fan of Skyliner - it’s fantastic to ride and is one of the best ‘rides’ in Disney.

BUT... it seems to go down quite a lot. I was on it December 2019 and some may remember it packed in and we were stuck for about 30 mins max maybe. Doesn’t seem too bad but if I was hoping to get to Rise of the Resistance for a certain time I’d be nervous.

It could also be very inconvenient if staying at Riviera.

I don't get the impression that it goes down "a lot".

Admittedly, it's difficult to actually tell how often it stops for a period of time because Disney doesn't give out that information. But I've not seen many people online complaining about how often it goes down, although I'm not actively looking for that info so maybe I'm just missing it.

I suspect it stops working less than the buses or monorail temporary stop working.

As already mentioned, I believe it's "crashed" twice.
