Glitchy Dashboard

Anyone else? I have email confirmations of some bookings but they're not showing in my dashboard. Never seen this before and just wondered if anyone else is having the same issues?

Called MS but hold time is 39 minutes so I hung up!

I have just checked and my 3 Bookings are showing fine. Also the Points are correct.

You were lucky with a 30 min wait. I rang last week, was on hold listening to Disney music for 65 mins and when the Guy answered the website crashed for both of us.

However we decided to natter for 20 mins and wait and see if it came back which it did. However I got what I wanted. Great people, dreadful website.

Thank you! Still not sorted, one minute it shows certain reservations then the next it�s showing the others but not the ones that it just showed. Who bloody knows what it�s doing, seems to have a mind of its own 🤦🏼

I was trying earlier to book a reservation one minute the room was available and then it wasn't and then it was eventually got it booked!

Same thing happening for me with SSR. All the standard 2 bed lock offs have gone up to mid august. It�s like they just been pulled. Very strange! 😏

Well I thought I�d post an update for anyone that cares 😆

Basically my dashboard didn�t like SSR. I cancelled it this morning and booked a 1 bed at Kidani and now everything is showing without any issues. Maybe it was a sign we just weren�t meant to stay there 😂

Hope everyone�s having a good bank holiday. I can sleep at night now! 😂
