Booked with Tui

Hi Everyone

Just after some help...

We have booked for September 22(originally booked for this year). We have booked the package with Tui, staying at Universal Cabana Bay including Disney and Universal tickets. My question is how and when can I link the Disney tickets to the app so I can make park reservations?

I may be wrong but I seem to remember that Disney tickets need to be paid for in full before you can link them and make reservations.

I can't speak for TUI but, with Virgin, as soon as you've paid enough of your balance to cover the cost of the Disney tickets, your ticket reference is released and you can link it to My Disney Experience. We booked last month, to go in June next year, paid an extra £600 on top of the £350 deposit to cover the £938 cost of the tickets, and our reference was released straight away. It's still 13 months away, and we have all our park days reserved already. I would imagine it's the same with TUI.

I spoke to Tui and they told me that Disney ticket reference numbers are sent out 2 weeks before travel. This is not ideal when we can book restaurant reservations up 60 days before travel and park reservations may be booked up by then. Anybody else heard this from Tui?
