My thoughts exactly.

To get WiFi on a translatantic flight is pretty good I mean the technology is pretty new. OP it will work but will be intermittent so throughout the flight you might be able to stream but it also depends on bandwidth so if a number of people are also on the WiFi it will slow down

I'm on virgin flights about twice a month. I've managed to get something to stream once in the last 5 years, and only when over a land mass - over the water email is the best you can hope for in my experience and that's with the premium streaming option

That's helpful to know. May not be worth it then.

The basic package will be on for social media and YouTube and I think the higher one will be ok to stream movies and hopefully football haha. You can only use one device at a time but can log in on each package with multiple devices. Hope this helps
£2.99 sounds good value - Can anyone confirm exactly what this covers ?

Thanks in advance
