US immigration chaos tonight.

Just heard on the news that the computer server for immigration in USA has crashed causing long delays in the immigration halls across the us. Not sure if mco is affected. Hope they sort it out soon

Was affected we were there!

Had so been looking forward to the quick escape from Tampa... landed at 4. Not through immigration till after 6. Then the carousel had bust with one of our cases on the other side so had to wait for that to be fixed. Then found i had not done skip the counter at alamo properly and so back to the desk.

But. Arrived @ Anna Maria half hour ago. Not a great travel day but i'm sure there have been many worse. Sleep now - holiday starts tomorrow!

We were on the BA 10.40 flight lhr to Mia, got delayed taking off for an hour and 20 mins with no air con whilst we sat and cooked then it was a really old crappy plane with half the toilets out of action, when we finally got to Miami immigration was down and we queued for 3 hours followed by another 45 min queue at Avis, now our holiday can finally start!

We arrived at MCO tonight at around 9pm Florida time fortunately we went through immigration in Montrael I was so glad we were not affected when I saw the newspaper.

Oh no really sorry to hear this! Hope you all ok now. We are doing this route with BA on Monday, hope We don’t have the same experience!

We landed at Orlando on the Thomas Cook flight from Gatwick. We were the last plane offloaded and filled the last of the immigration hall. When the queue started to move the next planes were allowed to disembark. 3 hours from getting off the plane to getting the stamp of approval, with many announcements about which carousel your luggage was on which caused hilarity as no-one was being processed. We were glad to have got through and was then lucky a magical express was waiting and we were the second stop. Wide awake now.

We were on the BA 11.15 flight . We waited 3 hours in the line I felt so sorry fir the ones with young kids it was so warm too as the hall was so full.
Anyway till up a silly o’clock 🤣
