I think it looks a very impressive resort, or will be when it's finished.
I even contacted them 6 months ago about villa pricings thinking it may be a decent investment, but I'm still on the fence about that. I'm concerned also about the shared spaces behind them, to create a 'party community atmosphere.' I've seen such atmospheres before, and it tends to mean a lot of p****d up renters 'partying' until late- that wouldn't suit us at all.

Ahhhh I am jealous. We stay in a villa just around from here and have spent the last few years driving past it and seeing the progress. Last October they had started putting the slides in in the waterpark and they do seem to move pretty quickly.
Cant wait ti hear all about it.
