I also loved it, we were often given the choice... sandwich spread or grey meat paste on our white slab of bread with disgusting margarine. Always chose sandwich spread... always...

I loved this as a kid, I didn't know you could still get it. I may now have to buy a jar for nostalgic sandwich 😂

After the first few replies I thought I was going to be the only one who likes it.
Glad to see I’m not alone.
I used to buy it when I worked in Asda and had to hide it from DH otherwise he’d eat it all

I liked it as a teenager in the 80s. I did feel that I shouldn’t like it from the look of it but it went well with cheese as I remember. Haven’t had it for years.
