New Pinch of Nom cookbook

Got the new Pinch of Nom Quick and Easy cookbook for xmas. Would be interested in any reviews/recommendations/photos if you've attempted any of the recipes yet?

Got my Mam this for Xmas, but I was cheeky and tried a few recipes out last week!

My favourites were the Creamy Tuscan chicken and the Sausage Casserole. Probably wouldn't have the pork and apple traybake again as I found it a little boring after a while

I’m planning on trying the pizza pasta later this week. I’m also liking the look of the Mongolian beef.

The only one I have tried so far is the Creamy Tuscan chicken. It was really nice😁

Daughter bought me the new book. Haven’t made anything yet. Diet starts back on 1 January !

We made the pizza pasta tonight. I added some dried chilli flakes and red wine vinegar. It was really nice and made loads.

We have had the lime salmon, lyonnaise potatoes and pizza pasta, all were lovely especially the pizza pasta which we are having again tomorrow night

Mongolian beef- delicious but not quite enough !
Pizza pasta- again delicious
Sausage casserole- nice, nothing special.

Anyone tried the chicken and banana curry ? Not sure if I fancy or not !

We made the pork and apple tray bake which was ok and the harissa honey chicken which was lovely.

I’m not planning on trying the banana and chicken curry it sounds minging...
