VS0073 & VS0075 flight time question
Hey guys, we are booked on VS0073 which after a few flight time changes is now showing ETD 11.10, however on the same date (17th july) there is a VS0075 ETD 09.55... surely virgin wouldn't have 2 flights taking off within an hour 1/4 of each other?
What do you think 🤷 xxx |

Yes it's quite common, the LGW flights used to be 11:15 and 13:00.

The virgin flights have been mid morning and then early afternoon for a good few years.
Its swings and roundabouts. The later flight can mean your alarm is set as normal not silly early o'clock, but the downside is that you're landing when it's almost bedtime on your body clock which makes that end hard work. If you get the early flight that's a pain in the UK, but better at that end. I prefer the early flight, and based on that usually being the dearer flight, so do most others.

We were on the later one (mistake by me didn’t realise I’d booked it ) from Manchester on 20/12. They’ve now cancelled that one and shifted us to the earlier flight which very much suits us.

We managed to swap for free from the later to the earlier so it might be worth an ask?

I tried this before they cancelled the later one and they wanted another £700. When it was cancelled - Result!
