Loving this thread! I always get absolutely soaked on the Kali River Rapids (chafing, wet knickers, see through white skirt and blister on my foot of my flip flops rubbing were not great! ) and ALL of the water rides in Busch! Its sooooo much fun though and despite the discomfort I would never be a poncho pillock!
I now take a pair of 3/4 length legging to slip on after I have ridden!

Do you mean Seaworld or is there a Kracken ride at BG now?

I just love the water rides, only learned about taking a change of clothes after we had done Kali River Rapids last time, never been so wet well except for Blidge Rats but we were prepared for that! Needless to say we definately take a change of clothes now where ever there are wet rides. I just had to take a look on youtube to give myself a little reminder I CANNOT wait, been planning and saving for nearly 3 years and we are finally going 7 weeks today, yippeee!

We all got wet on Bilge Rat Barges, didn't help wherever we sat. It was a proper soaking as well, none of this 'a bit damp', we were soaked through to skin.

Best fun though was watching the look on our friends face as an enormous wave crashed over her on Kali River Rapids. It all went a bit slow motion, the barge spun so she was backwards, just about to go down the last drop, then it looked like a scene from Perfect Storm.
