The Big One Live Trip Report NYC Day 3

Hi all we woke up about 8.30 am got washed , dressed and sun creamed up and headed out for breakfast . We had mc Donald's for breakfast as its just over the road from our hotel . We had sausage egg And biscuit with hash browns and pancakes I had a coffee and the kids had a Dr pepper , mark had water .

We then headed just over the road towards Maddison square gardens where we had a tour waiting for us

The stage that U2 have been using as their out here at the moment

This was our tour guide which Anya didn't leave his side , she always wanted to be at the front

Anyway this was the end of our tour and this pic was projected onto the ceiling

Next up was grand central station and it's fair to say it was grand

We had an audio tour which was really interesting and found out loads of cool info

Having a sit down , Mark also connected our phone to the apple wifi and periscoped in here

These windows are actually a double wall that allows workers to walk In between , they can also open them too

So we're heading out of grand central when Anya and samara thought it was funny to go the opposite way to myself and mark lol

Next up we had a tour for Saturday night live

This tour was really fun and a nice cool down from the best outside

Next up we found the library that ghost busters filmed in

Inside the library , very beautiful building

A room in the library where people looked like they were studying on laptops , ssshhhh

A random room that was down a long corridor . Well the ace I wanted to see , the one in ghost busters will be closed for the next 2 years due to the ceiling collapsing

So we came outside where they was colouring for kids to do and also there was some type of news crew filming right outside the library . O and this is me mucking about with some pics while mark was in the background lol

We headed back to grand central by mistake but decided to get the subway back to the hotel . Do we have s quick bath and chilled for a bit , the plan is to take s walk and browse at some shops and maybe get s chinky

So we head for time square to get some food only we didn't get a Chinese after , we ended up having an Applebee's

Samara had a sirloin steak with garlic mash and a drink

Anya had chicken tenders and fries and milk

And I had chicken tenders fries Dijon mustard and a drink all this came to $42 without tip

So that's that , starting to feel tired now so we head back when we see
this truck with these figures on top. Anyway we head back to the hotel as we've got an early one in the morning night all

Wow Sarah, you look as though you are having an amazing time. You have some lovely photos, beautiful memories for you all. It goes without saying really but keep enjoying the fun. Look forward to the next catch up.
