I had to use Pushdoctor on New Years Day and can't recommend it highly enough. I had been in constant pain for about 3 days (over the weekend), from what I thought was a pulled muscle. Nothing I tried was shifting the pain. I hardly slept NYE and was in agony. Our GP surgery was closed so I called 111, but kept being put on hold. I really didn't fancy visiting our local A&E!

My OH remembered the advert for Push Doctor that he'd seen on the tube, so we contacted them. I had an appt within 10 minutes and was diagnosed with shingles. The GP arranged for a presription for amytriplyline (sp?) to be collected from my local Boots later that day. It cost me just over £20 plus the prescription cost, and I still have about £17 credit - just in case I need them again.

You must live near us I ended up paying privately to see an orthopedic surgeon when the local a& e bad tempered triage nurse too idle to get up when i coudnt stand on my leg decided I was low priority 7 hours later wrong diagnosis and wrong instructions. Couldn't get GP appt. £200 later privately Gp now won't refer to doc of my choice on NHS because she fiddled the bmi results made me obese which I am not, they are becoming obsessed and no reason to do the test either trying to save money while my holiday is ruined

I did chuckle when I researched this company. Allegedly our GPs are too busy to tend to their patients yet they have over 1700 performing this service!
Seems money talks.
