Great report, but a four hour journey after the flight? Wow that impressive, we normally crash out, but I suppose the adrenaline rush from the steep driveway would keep you going!

It was supposed to be just a 2 hr drive. Originally when we booked our flight it was due in a couple of hours earlier, then Virgin changed the time and we knew arriving tea time in Atlanta there would be traffic and throw in a storm too  We laugh about it now

A nice and straightforward travel day.
The mountain house looks really lovely. I love your plan for the holiday with so many experiences in one trip. Definitely something I will look to do when my boys are older. |
