Thank you, but nothing either way yet - driving us both bonkers I didn't think it was worth updating the thread until we had some concrete news! We've stopped the packing as if we need to remarket we will have to unpack stuff again. We've got at least 2 loads of furniture to go to the tip but we daren't in case we need it, don't want the house to look desperate

Our buyers are on holiday but still sending emails to the agent about things that the solicitor should be advising them on. They haven't picked the best conveyancers and are getting no advice plus our solicitors can't get hold of them. Hoping the next week will bring some news one way or the other

I tell you, I'm never moving again!

Thanks for that, I'm just nosey
Our buyers were terrible, we even had our neighbours copy their deeds for them. Every day there was something new. I wanted to tell them to get stuffed but our brilliant estate agent steered them through. It was touch and go for weeks.
Good luck, it will all work out in the end.
