Pizza express... Next one to leave the high street?

yorkshireeveningpost.co... lions-of-debt/

PIZZA EXPRESS could be on the brink of collapse with the huge restaurant chain preparing for crunch talks with its creditors over its massive debt.

Not a huge surprise unfortunately...

Let's hope it doesn't fold for the sake of the workers.

Wow I was only in pizza express Jazz club Soho (Central London) on Saturday night.

Fingers crossed it gets better luck than Thomas Cook.

My daughter used to work for them. Awful workers relationship. I'm not surprised, overpriced pizza

Hopefully not, I was in one mid week, it was very nice for a quick evening meal on the road. Also my pal is high up there.

I had the smallest slice of cheesecake ever on Saturday and that was £7.25 from memory (it was more like a sample size - Sandra would have been furious).

I love pizza express, I’ll be disappointed to see that go. Hope not! 🤞🏼

I really enjoy express especially their salads and for London prices they are very reasonable indeed - it would be a sad day for me if they fold . IF I am making a quick visit to a new area or town I can always guarantee a decent meal in pizza express

Don’t think I have ever paid full price there.

There are always offers - or we use Tastecard to get 2 for 1.

Plus they give you a free bottle of Prosecco on your birthday!

Zizzi is nicer though.
