The official announcement in the park was that it was down for rain and they hoped it they could open it after they had dried the track.

We were stood at the entrance to the ride when the announcement was made so that’s why i said it.

It has been down nearly every time we have been to Epcot on our last two trips, we did make it on once last month though. It was not due to rain in our case, it just seems prone to breaking down.

I think I'm lucky. Last month I went on it twice without any issues. I used single rider which was 5 minutes each time. This was on 2 separate occasions, a week apart.

The rain in the face is what made it so memorable.
