Yeah I'm thinking of retiring as a pilot and going Dibbing full time . Yeah I agree it is a shame that I no longer fly to the Sunshine State, but I've probably flown lots of you already!

We have flown the VS075 quite a few times, so you probably have!

What is your best tip for travel sickness - my son gets ill as soon as we see the plane and the smell of food makes it worse. It spoils the flight for us all as he is curled up under a blanket with a sick bag.

How do you know if all the doors are shut? Sounds daft but when I hear that the cabin crew should be cross checking I watch them, and sometimes wonder if they have checked properly

I have a few more

1. On take off and landing, my ears become funny (like everyone) however I wondered why this is, if the air pressure is controlled?

2. Can the aircraft land and take off on auto pilot?

3. Do you have any night images of when you're flying from the cockpit?

Tough one, everyone is different. I've never had a problem, so I'm not sure about the types of remedies available. Some say drugs, herbal included, try a window seat, patches, acupressure bracelets etc.

I said a few days ago for ACARS and the transponder to be switched off without warning it's got to point to the flight crew. Even a hijacker attempting to get into the locked cockpit, the PIC would still have time to squawk 7500 (hijacked emergency code). So for me I'm thinking a suicide from one or both of the flight crew.. Tragic any way you look at it.
