Ok girls , the wedding weight loss plan starts Monday ! I've got 15 months, I'd love to loose about 3 to 4 stone and I'd love some advice and tips on how to do it?

The fact you're doing it for your wedding is a great incentive to start with. I lost 2 & half stone by doing weight watchers. I also stuck a picture of my dress on the fridge. Wish I could get that motivated again!

I found a fantastic diet that helped me shed inches and pounds quick but within healthy limits... if you are on facebook just do a search for Terri-ann 123 should find it... and its a lot cheaper... no monthly fees! Hope this helps and good luck

Fast diet for me all the way... After such a huge interest in my thread over my personal weight loss and at someone's suggestion I started a group on her called fasting diet 5:2,4:3,ADF... Feel free to join us if you choose this way of dieting and eating. IV LOST 6 stones now on it.

I've tried weight watchers and slimming world before but it doesn't work for me , this fast diet may be a better option , I find calorie counting works better for me , I think the hardest thing is to maintain once the weight is lost , this may sound awful but I really really don't want to be a fat bride , I wanna look good and feel healthy!

This is where I feel the fast diet comes in to its own compared to other diets. It's a way of eating for life. When you come to maintain it says you fast one day a week but with my eating habits I can see me needing two a week to keep the weight off. I don't intend to change how I eat forever so I'm more than happy to fast 2 a week or even one for a week then maybe two the following week. Whatever it takes to maintain my loss I will do as I would want to continue the fasting method to continue to get the health benefits associated with this way of eating/fasting.

Has anyone tried Slim and Save? I have been on it for 4 weeks and lost almost 1 1/2 stone.
My Fiance and I have booked our wedding trip for 3 weeks in September 2015 in Orlando. We are flying out there in 13 days for a holiday and to have a look a some venues before we decide on a date, then LET THE WEDDING DIET COMMENCE!

I would recommend the fast diet too. I lost 3stone with ww had a break and then tried the fast diet, it was sooo much easier and I lost another stone. Just focusing on two days of being good was so good.
