Thanks for yet another brilliant trip report. I’ve read along from the very first one and it’s been a pleasure to see your lovely girls growing up. Glad you had such a good trip. Looking forward to the next one! 😊

Great TR, thank you for writing.

I’d say defo kennel the dogs while they are you! It gets them used to it plus they meet loads of other dogs. It doesn’t have to be for a long period initially but maybe a few nights so they understand that you’ll come back to them. Our 6 month old cocker has had 3 2 night stays and isn’t bothered at all.

Great report and cute pups too! Have you thought about using a dog sitter instead of kennels? We use our local branch of Barking Mad and they are brilliant. We get regular messages/pictures and Fudge loves going - we don't worry about him because we know he is having a great holiday of his own with a lovely host. Think he has been 10+ times now! Enjoy your UK break #itsadogslife

Another fantastic trippie Wizzo! Have once again enjoyed your antics, adventures (and Lynn's photo's)

Was cool to read about other places and things to do over the pond. I didn't know a Six Flags was opening in Atlanta

May i suggest Cornwall for a family / doggie holiday. The cornish coastline is stunning and the doggies are allowed literally everywhere. We've been a few times and dogs are allowed on the beaches all year round, in most of the pubs, restaurants, shops etc. Great for swimming and surfing for the girls

Whatever you do have a good one and hopefully see you on the forums again soon

Thanks for another great report. The puppies are lovely. I agree that it is a good idea to try kennels for short periods while they are young to get them used to it. We tried a couple of nights to begin with and then built it up to longer periods. Our dog doesn’t bet an eyelid when she goes in now. Friends also use a dog sitting service and they are really good too.
