Memory maker photos lifed

Just gone onto my Disney Experience to view our photos and they’re all gone
I didn’t know they were lifed?
Is that it, they’re gone forever?

Depending on when they expired (45 days) you might be able to call Disney and pay for them to extend your deadline. I think this is time bound though so depends when your last photo expired

I'm not sure when your photos were taken but here's the expiration policy

We went Easter so way passed the expiry date, I stupidly presumed they stayed there 🤦🏼

Hate to say it but they are probably gone unless they can get from backup but suspect they won’t. The amount of space all those photos and vids must take, must be eye watering, and is why they have to delete after time.

I would say email them just in case. I know ours has gone a month or two over and they still found them.
At least then you'll know for sure and won't be wondering what if...

Really hope they can access them somehow!

Annual passport photopass photos stay on the system for a year so you might be able to recover them... quicker you ask them the better.
