Hair & Humidity
We fly in 15 days!
Looking at the weather and the humidity is really high, does anyone have any miracles for the dreaded frizzy hair. Both my daughter and I have long hair that becomes really frizzy and wild in the heat, just wondered if anyone can recommend something i can buy before I go? Also is it worth taking my straightners? Thanks |

Monica comes to mind. The DW just ties it back, not much else works in the humidity. Straighteners are good for the evening before going out for a meal.

Hi, I also have hair that goes really frizzy in the humidity, I have just come back from Cuba and someone recommended I had a Keratin treatment put on my hair at the hairdressers.
It was amazing, My hair stayed straight when out and about, After washing and letting it dry and when swimming. I really recommend this treatment, It was money well spent.

Thanks for the suggestion but the price of that for the two of us would be too much.

Straightners for occasional night but side pony with a plait and a nice Disney bow. Me and my girl had twin hair last time

Me and my daughters just tied our hairs up. I occasionally went out with curly hair. Didn't bother with my straighteners as it was a waste of time (and effort).

My hair always frizzes even in the UK. I put it up and don’t care.
The title of this thread does sound like a lost Jane Austen novel, or is that just me?
