I wanted my daughter to get a princess make over experience as a special treat but on the website it says they must be 3 years. Our trip is at the beginning of may and she is 3 at the end . Does anyone know if they check and ask for proof of age etc... As I know she would love it !

Over 3 years need a ticket so thats maybe a way of checking the age of a child, just a thought.

I don't think anyone can say for sure if they would ask for proof of her age - it would depend on the CM's working on the day.
I'm sure I've read that the age of 3 was set due to the products that are used and the suitability of them due to age.
Also, should they ask to see her park ticket for any reason that could prove tricky as she doesn't need one being under the age of 3!

I would contact Disney to ask them their opinion. The little ones do have to sit still for a long time getting their hair and make up done but there's certainly no harm in asking.

Maybe from a insurance purpose they could refuse.
