Universal/IOA early opening

we are staying onsite at HRH in august, will both parks be open an hour before for onsite guests? we last went 4 years ago and went straight to the Harry potter rides, what will be open at both parks in this hour?
Many thanks for any advice, just trying to plan!

Hi,

Yes, when they open an hour early for onsite guests both parks will fully open.

They've only released details up to the end of May, at the moment. I'm waiting to see what is early opening in July

When we went it was just Islands of Adventure that opened early but you could get the train across to Universal at 8.40 so we were the first ones on Gringotts too.
