Thanks for the replies. I tired lost and found before i left for home but it still hadn't turned up, the cast member wasn't overly helpful either. Many many years ago when my son was about 4 he lost one of his shoes. We went to lost property and gave our details but it didn't turn up. Weeks later at home a parcel arrived and his shoe was inside. Now that's what I call service. Not sure it's still the same today however.
