Having a nightmare trying to link one of our tickets to MDE

We have linked our tickets some managed by me some by my daughter, got all but one sorted my granddaughter it says the ticket has been linked but hasnt shown under the name, so ny daughter linked my granddaughter to me and I linked one I had to her I got hers through still no ticket showing now my link for GD has disappeared,

So my tickets and memory maker are showing for everyone except GD
Think I may need to phone them any advice

Do phone Disney they were really helpful when I was struggling to link my tickets. Have you been using a computer/laptop or tablet? Seems it’s best to use then former x

I will give them a ring when they open

Similar thing happened to us so we phoned them and they sorted it. Not sure if you know the number but the one we used was 0800 16 90 749

Thanks that's the number I have hopefully get it sorted want to get our hotel linked but want to get this sorted first

They sorted it for us straight away, so you should be ok.
